Electronic Recording

Bosco Legal is excited to be able to offer eRecording in all counties throughout the state that permit Electronic Recording (approximately 2/3 of the counties). eRecordings are similar to eFilings, with the exception that Bosco must have possession of the original document, as we are required to submit a copy that we personally scanned, to the recorder’s office.

To submit an eRecording, simply scan and email a copy to efile@boscolegal.org or upload a copy to Bosco here, so that we can compare them to the original and ensure that the documents are recorded in the proper order. Then either send the original documents to our corporate office located at: 4651 Brookhollow Cir., Ste. C, Riverside, CA 92509, or if your office is on one of our daily routes, you can leave the originals for the runner that comes by your office, and we will handle the rest
