Hi, I’m Joe, and my passion is investigations — particularly, social media investigations.
Most of us use and post on social media in some way, shape, or form. What many people don’t know is that much of the information shared online shouldn’t get posted in the first place. In fact, what makes its way onto platforms often contains a wealth of information about a person’s behavior, whereabouts, beliefs, and more.
When an individual’s social media activities become relevant in a legal proceeding or investigation, a fair and just outcome can hinge on finding, documenting, and preserving online information in a defensible and legally admissible manner. That’s where I come in as a Certified Social Media Intelligence Expert and Certified Expert in Cyber Investigations.
I’ve refined my expertise with over 15 years of experience, 2,000+ hours of training, and multiple certifications in Open Source and Cyber Intelligence. I also hold degrees in Psychology and Social & Behavioral Sciences, which inform the multi-faceted approach I employ for successful investigations.
In my role as President of Bosco Legal Services, Inc., I’m backed by an exceptional team whose industry-leading expertise and skillset have fueled the rapid and continuous growth of our investigations division. However, it’s worth noting that my journey to this point was likely a little different than the average President.
Through the years, I’ve worked in practically every position in our company, including sweeping the parking lots and taking out the trash. These experiences have fostered a valuable perspective that pushes me to continue my own growth, as well as share my knowledge through classes and mentorship for professionals in related industries.
